WW2 German Walther P 38 W/ Holster / Capture Papers!
You just do not see many of these anymore! A Complete Walther P38 Rig with Holster, two mags, and capture papers! The pistol is a aC 44 Code variant meaning it was built at the Walther Factory (AC Code) in 1944. It has matching numbers, and bright sharp shiny bore and no cracks or damage to the grips. The bluing shows some holster wear on the front sharp edges, and some thinning of the blue on the front grip strap. The right side shows some splotches of bluing loss like something splattered on it in the past. All of this is rather minor and does not hurt the weapon from displaying very well! Be sure to look over the pics and zoom in to see just how nice this rig is. The holster is sound, with no loose stitching or damage other than the usual scars on the front from rubbing against various things during service use. The holster is dated 1943 and has the makers code of "CWX" Attached to the holster is a name tag of the Vet who took it home, and the entire set comes with an original copy of the capture/bringback paperwork bearing the soldier's name and rank.
